This cervical roll helps relieve postural neck and shoulder pain by supporting the cervical spine during sleep. It should be placed inside the pillowcase to provide extra support.

The McKenzie Cervical Roll includes low-density foam that fits along the bottom edge of most conventional pillows. The roll also features a removable light blue, washable poly-cotton cover.
