Hygea Benchtop Ultrasonic Cleaners Ultrawave cleaning power with integral validation. Ultrasonic cleaning using am Ultrawave bath is standard practice in the primary healthcare sector.
Designed to conform to current standards of decontamination the new Hygea combines Ultrwave performance and reliability with full process validationa and a fantastic new look. The Hygea is designed with a physical lock so that the unit cannot be opened during the cleaning cycle.
Process Validation
The integrated process validation and printout provide a permanent record for every cleaning cycle including:

- Location
- Serial number
- Unique cycle number
- All process parameters
To ensure full validation of the process sensors for fluid level, temperature and ultrasonic activity mean users can have complete confidence in their cleaning process.
Auto Lock Cover
The Hygea is designed with a physical lock so that the unit cannot be opened during the cleaning cycle.
- Instruments cannot be removed before the end of the cleaning cycle.
- Operators are protected from aerosol inhalation.
